This just in!

I actually jogged yesterday! Yep, I did! I have always planned to try running one of these days, when I was thinner. But yesterday I thought, what the heck!? So I ran on the treadmill. Only a minute at a time, but I RAN!!

We now return you to your regularly scheduled program.


  1. I'm not coordinated enough for that apparently. I can get to about 3.5 and that's a fast walk for me, but anything faster and I get all weird about being loud and my ankles start to hurt and my knees hurt. LOL! So I ride. I've found that the bikes that you sit in like a chair actually can trigger weight loss then you can go over to walking and keep loosing. But I realized weights is critical to weight loss so I've been doing more of those too. I hurt my butt muscles the other day doing leg presses, and only at 110lbs. That's never bothered me before.

    Ohh did I tell you I was in the gym when we had the earthquake last week. Didn't even feel it for that reason. I could see it happening but didn't feel a thing. We all looked around and went back to working out. That tells you how desensitized we are to these things.
